just finished jillian michaels’ 6 week six pack… not a flat tummy, but loving the results!
planning on giving my abs a break, and go for a one week killer buns & thighs. then i will start a new jillian michaels’ work out: killer abs ^^
Slip-ups happen. To all of us. Sometimes we miss a workout or eat something that isn’t exactly ideal, but if you had a flat tire in your car, would you get out on the side of the highway and decide to puncture the other three? Of course not. And you shouldn’t do this in your quest to get fit either.

started jillian michaels’ 6 week six pack level 2 today! you can find the video here. it is slightly harder, have to get used to the new exercises. and a bit more space is needed!
and tomorrow will be my last day of my 30 day squat challenge… after tomorrow, i’ve done 3680 squats in total! just with this challenge alone.
i’m actually glad i’m reaching the end, kind of getting sick of squats now :o never going to do a challenge of only one exercise again.
planing to do a 100 rep challenge next. ^^
